We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing marketing company working across a range of industries in the Jersey City area. They're looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their team full-time. Every day brings something a little different, which is honestly what makes this role so exciting. Responsibilities What you\'ll be getting involved in You\'ll be out there representing our client\'s brand and their clients\' brands face to face — meeting people, starting conversations, and creating a genuine connection between businesses and their customers. Day to day you\'ll be supporting the wider marketing team with campaigns, helping coordinate activity on the ground, and being a confident, engaging presence wherever you\'re needed. Qualifications / Skills You\'ll fit right in if you... Love talking to people and find it easy to build rapport quickly Are confident, enthusiastic, and not afraid to put yourself out there Can represent a brand professionally and make a great first impression Stay focused and organised even when things are moving fast Are happy to be out and about rather than stuck behind a desk all day Have some background in customer service, hospitality, retail, events, or anything people-facing The Details Based fully on-site in Jersey City — this is not a remote role Some evening and weekend work may be required Competitive salary discussed at interview A supportive, energetic team that works hard and celebrates wins together Interested?
