We’re looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing Assistant to help bring My Resource Partners’ brand to life across our blog, social media, video, website, and email channels. This is a hands‑on, full‑time position built for someone who wants real marketing experience and the potential for growth.

Why This Role Exists

This is not a sales role, but like every role at MRP it exists to support the sale. The content, campaigns, and brand presence you help create generate the awareness and trust that keep our pipeline full and our sales team in front of the right prospects.

What You'll Help With

Content & Blog

Develop content for daily blog posts and assist with developing quarterly e-books that support MRP's thought leadership and lead generation efforts.

Social Media

Develop and publish daily social media content across MRP's channels; support development of the Referral Partner program through LinkedIn and Facebook.

Video Content

Develop video content for YouTube and Instagram to support brand awareness and audience engagement.

Website & Email Marketing

Keep website content current and accurate; build, schedule, and send email marketing campaigns to clients and prospects.

Events & Collateral

Assist CMO with preparation of materials for business expos and attend local events with MRP team.

Professional Development

Attend training webinars to continue building marketing skills and stay current on marketing tools and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or currently in your final year of study
• Some hands‑on marketing experience required (coursework projects, a prior internship, freelance work, or managing social media or content for a business or organization)
• Some sales experience a plus
• Strong writing skills and an eye for visual detail
• Working knowledge of content and social media tools (Canva, HubSpot, or similar a plus)
• Interest in social media, content creation, and video
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Able to commit to a consistent part‑time schedule, including occasional local business expos
