Marketing AssistantWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the firm's Marketing Department across five offices. This role provides administrative, event, digital marketing, and research support to ensure seamless execution of marketing and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Administrative SupportProvide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing teamSchedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate internal communicationsOrganize and maintain marketing files, documents, and recordsProcess invoices and assist with general administrative dutiesDatabase & Data ManagementMaintain marketing databases including client lists, contact information, and mailing listsEnsure data accuracy and integritySupport marketing campaigns through accurate data managementEvents & ProgramsSupport planning and execution of firm events, seminars, webinars, and conferencesCoordinate event logistics (venue selection, vendors, RSVP tracking, materials preparation)Assist with special event-related projects as neededDigital MarketingAssist with social media management (X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)Support email marketing initiatives and website updatesMonitor digital campaign performance and compile reportingPost blog entries in a timely mannerResearch & ReportingConduct industry, competitor, and client demographic researchTrack charitable requestsCompile findings into reports and presentationsServe as liaison between marketing and internal departments/external vendorsMarketing CollateralManage inventory ordering and tracking of brochures, business cards, and marketing materialsQualificationsBachelor's Degree (Marketing, Communications, English, or related field preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteProficiency across major social media platformsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and professionalismExperience within a law firm or professional services environment is a plus
