We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to help expand our brand throughout Bergen County and the surrounding area.. Position Overview. The Marketing Assistant will support the company’s digital marketing, social media, customer outreach, and local business-development efforts. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, comfortable using technology, and eager to grow with an expanding company.. Responsibilities. Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other platforms.. Develop and manage company's target marketing initiatives . Photograph and record projects, team members, and completed work.. Edit short-form videos, before-and-after photos, and promotional content.. Update website pages, project galleries, blogs, and service-area content.. Assist with email campaigns, promotions, and customer follow-ups.. Request and monitor customer reviews.. Respond to social media messages, comments, and online inquiries.. Track leads and marketing performance.. Help develop relationships with realtors, designers, contractors, and community organizations.. Assist with printed materials, showroom displays, sponsorships, and local events.. Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels.. Coordinate with project managers and field teams to collect project photos and information.. Perform additional marketing and administrative duties as needed.. Qualifications. Strong written and verbal communication skills.. Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.. Comfortable using social media and digital marketing platforms.. Basic photography and video-editing skills.. Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar programs.. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.. Professional attitude when communicating with customers and business partners.. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation..
