MuleSoft Account Executive, Federal Civilian (FRB)

Responsibilities Drive new business and engage with existing customers to sell MuleSoft. Build positive, trusted relationships with key decision makers within the region. Develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting. Maintain persistent focus on pipeline generation to seed, land, and expand accounts. Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive satisfaction. Develop and drive the overall long‑term strategy for the account aligned with customer objectives. Coordinate internal resources to meet customer business needs. Perform account planning, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources for alignment. Share Salesforce value proposition with existing and new customers. Drive growth within assigned accounts. Demonstrate focus on outcome over process. Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of full‑cycle sales experience. Experience working in Federal Civilian roles. Experience selling technical platforms. Awareness of the Integration / API market. Demonstrated success and enthusiasm in hunting for new business. Experience working with a large, extended team. Experience in high‑growth, performance‑focused environments. Compensation for this position ranges from $141,550 to $189,350 annually, with additional incentive compensation, equity, and benefits in applicable locations.
