Neonatology (NICU) - 740 Syracuse, NY Clinical Full‑Time, Day/Evenings, Day shifts, other shifts as needed Req # 32105 The Clinical Practice Facilitator provides lateral integration of healthcare services through the design, implementation, and evaluation of patient care by coordinating, delegating, and supervising the care provided by a healthcare team at the clinical level. Job Requirements Required Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State. Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent Master's degree (i.e. MPH) or currently enrolled in an accredited Master's Degree program with a graduation date within three (3) years of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at the time of hire or within two (2) weeks after hire. Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) certification required at the time of hire or within two (2) weeks after hire. Five (5) years recent RN and/or NP experience in a Level 3 or Regional NICU. Preferred Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. Nationally recognized certification as a Neonatal or Pediatric NP.
