For job seekers, Tampa is especially appealing thanks to solid job growth in sectors like education & health services, professional & business services, technology, and manufacturing. The unemployment rate is generally low (around 3-4%), showing a relatively healthy labor market. Residents enjoy a cost of living that can be more manageable than many larger FL cities, plus a strong infrastructure for workforce development and training-especially for those entering booming fields. Salary and Benefits: Base Salary: $240,000 - $260,000 Bonuses: $50,000 Sign on Bonus and an additional up to $20,000 in Year One Bonuses Partnership track (no buy-in) typically within 12-18 months; 65% achieve partnership in one year and earn over $300,000 annually Paid Time Off: 33 days annually CME: $3,500 allowance plus 1 week off Relocation Assistance Health insurance: Employer covers 100% of employee-only premium on the Basic Plan; Buy-Up Plan available for $73.90/month Dental insurance: $0/month for employee-only coverage with $2,000 annual maximum per person Vision insurance: $3.10/month for employee-only coverage with $180 frame allowance every 24 months Health Savings Account: Employer contributes $500/year for individuals or $1,000/year for families Short-term disability: Employer-paid; 60% of weekly salary up to $2,000/week Long-term disability: Employer-paid; 60% of monthly salary up to $15,000/month Life insurance and AD&D: Employer-paid; coverage equal to 1x annual salary up to $250,000 Retirement package: 401(k) with 100% match on the first 3% and 50% match on the next 2% (maximum 4% employer match) Employer-sponsored retirement contributions Modern, state-of-the-art clinics Cloud-based EHR system for efficient documentation Full support staff and professional development opportunities Responsibilities: Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 5:00 PM (last patient at 4:15 PM) No Nights, No Weekends, and No In-Hospital Call (Call is divided by X providers, 1 week of nights every X weeks) Perform 100% outpatient care with no nights or weekend See approximately 18 patients per day Manage a small patient panel with a maximum of 450 patients Provide high-quality, value-based primary care to senior patients with 3-5 chronic conditions Collaborate with a dedicated care team, including your own medical assistant and scheduler Coordinate with in-house consulting specialists (e.g., cardiology, podiatry) and holistic health services Participate in a mission-driven model focused on VIP senior care Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience with senior populations in outpatient primary care setting Proficient in Microsoft Office; local and occasional regional travel required About Us: Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that bridges the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
