Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled AI Training Specialist with a strong background in drug discovery. In this role, you will be responsible for training and improving AI models through precise data annotation and labeling. You will review and validate AI-generated content to ensure accuracy and relevance, providing domain expertise that enhances our AI model's performance in the pharmaceutical sector. Key Responsibilities Train AI models by accurately annotating and labeling data related to drug discovery. Review and validate AI-generated content for accuracy, ensuring it meets industry standards. Provide domain expertise to enhance the performance of AI models in drug discovery applications. Collaborate on various AI training projects across different fields within the pharmaceutical industry. Ensure high-quality data is used for machine learning applications, contributing to the overall success of our AI initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Biology, Computer Science, etc.). Proven experience in drug discovery and familiarity with pharmaceutical research. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in data annotation. Experience with AI model training and data labeling tools. Excellent analytical skills and ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or higher in a relevant field. Experience with machine learning frameworks and AI technologies. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in drug discovery and development. Previous experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
