Charged with building upon our 'land and expand' successes, the right leader will bring superior professional skills, broad business sense, and team leadership experience. Working alongside Fine Tune's leadership team, you will be responsible for devising and implementing strategic sales and revenue-generating initiatives to grow our client base. The role oversees a small team of new business development and client success professionals, partnering with marketing to build demand for Fine Tune's offerings. You'll be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, as well as optimizing existing processes to ensure they are cost-effective and scalable.What You'll DoStrategic Leadership:Execute a comprehensive Fine Tune growth strategy aligned with the company's overall vision, goals, and values. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Category Offering Leaders, Marketing, Client Success, Technology, Finance) to ensure alignment and seamless execution of strategic initiatives.Market Analysis:Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities, market gaps, and potential challenges.Partnership Development:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including complementary category consultant providers, influential industry communities, and technology partners. Negotiate and secure partnerships that enhance Fine Tune's reach and service offerings.Business Development:Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, expansion into new markets, and support the development of new service lines. Create business models that drive revenue growth and profitability.Team Leadership:Provide inspirational leadership to the existing team of business development professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.Financial Management:Develop and manage budgets for business growth and strategy initiatives. Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions as needed.Metrics & Reporting:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth strategies.
