About the Role

The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President to provide executive leadership in overseeing business operations, financial performance, and strategic growth within a specific geographic region. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing regional operations, establishing and implementing business strategies to support revenue growth, and expanding the firm's market presence. This role requires a strong background in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, with a focus on managing teams, developing client relationships, and driving the growth of a consulting engineering business. Key responsibilities include leading regional business development efforts, maintaining regional profitability, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering projects that meet client expectations. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in the AEC industry, including at least 5 years in a management role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and financial oversight. Leadership competencies such as the ability to establish strategic priorities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the consulting engineering business are essential. Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure is beneficial, and experience in expanding an engineering practice or market sector is highly desirable.
