About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading tactical execution, and driving the growth of the organization. This role involves overseeing various sales channels, including OEM sales, national account sales, and regional sales managers. The ideal candidate should have a background in exterior building products, with experience in calling on top single-family builders, multifamily developers, and commercial contractors. Key responsibilities for the VP of Sales include managing a team of direct reports, building and leading high-performance sales teams, driving specification wins, and creating demand for the company's products. The role also requires the development of national and North American sales strategies, as well as the management of strategic partnerships. The candidate should have a proven track record in strategic leadership, team management, and coaching, with a strong preference for experience in change leadership and a background in building products or building envelope knowledge. The VP of Sales will be expected to take ownership of annual sales KPIs and work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, operations, and finance.
