About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales - East to play a pivotal role in the mission to prevent security incidents. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth across all channels in the East Coast region, coaching the sales team on adopted methodologies, and developing a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy. This role demands a natural leader with a proven track record in enterprise software sales, particularly in hunter roles and new customer acquisition. The VP of Sales will be tasked with setting and achieving sales targets, recruiting top talent, and delivering accurate sales forecasts. A deep understanding of the physical security industry, as well as experience in small, fast-growing company environments, is essential. Applicants for the VP of Sales - East position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on new customer acquisition and pipeline growth. A successful history of managing enterprise accounts and consistently exceeding quotas is required. The role also involves leading a team of Regional Sales Managers, so strong leadership and interpersonal skills are a must. The ideal candidate will be driven, with a passion for the mission of the company, and will have a demonstrated ability to inspire teams to succeed in a high-stakes market.
