Program Manager

Role : Program Manager with Data Management Location : Sunrise, FL (Onsite) Duration : Long Term Position Summary This role requires strong executive presence, program management expertise, and exceptional documentation skills. The successful candidate will partner across business, technology, data, and architecture teams to drive alignment, execution, and value realization while maintaining program knowledge repositories and collaboration platforms. Key Skills: Governance, Stakeholder Engagement, Communications, Change Management, and Adoption Activities Key Responsibilities : Lead program planning, governance, execution tracking, and stakeholder alignment across Project Diamond initiatives. Establish and manage governance forums, operating rhythms, executive reviews, and leadership communications. Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, actions, milestones, and deliverables. Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps, program plans, dashboards, and executive reporting. Drive change management, communications, training, and adoption strategies across business and technology teams. Create executive presentations, status updates, readouts, and communications that translate complex concepts into clear business value. Partner with business, technology, product, and architecture teams to align priorities and delivery outcomes. Monitor program KPIs, adoption metrics, and program health; identify opportunities for continuous improvement and AI-enabled efficiencies. Documentation & Knowledge Management Own and maintain Project Diamond documentation, ensuring content is accurate, current, and accessible. Administer and manage Confluence spaces, SharePoint sites, document repositories, and collaboration workspaces. Create and maintain program artifacts, including governance documents, meeting minutes, decision logs, action trackers, communication plans, and executive summaries. Establish documentation standards, version control processes, and knowledge management practices. Qualifications Strong Program Management, governance, and stakeholder management experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Experience leading change management and adoption initiatives in complex organizations. Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and influence senior stakeholders. Strong documentation and knowledge management experience. Hands-on experience with Confluence, SharePoint, Jira, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel. Familiarity with Data Management, Master Data Management (MDM), Customer 360, Data Governance, or enterprise data programs preferred.
