The Opportunity We are seeking an Acrylic Bath Installer capable of running crews and handling a high volume of work year‑round. This is steady, full‑time work with room for growth and leadership. You will be responsible for professional, accurate installations according to company standards and customer expectations. What You’ll Do Remodel bathrooms efficiently using carpentry and construction trade skills Complete quality installations in as little as one day Follow all installation procedures and safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Represent the company with professionalism and respect in customers’ homes Educate homeowners on care and maintenance of their new bath systems Complete required paperwork and photo documentation accurately Maintain your installation vehicle, tools, and materials Leave homes better than we found them and deliver a five‑star experience every time What We’re Looking For 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, or remodeling experience Ability to measure accurately and use standard construction tools Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and lead when necessary Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Ability to read instructions and follow detailed processes Bathroom remodeling experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate Full‑time availability Monday‑Friday with occasional Saturdays required Experience In The Following Is a Plus Carpentry Ceramic tile Floor coverings Light plumbing General remodeling What You Can Expect Year‑round work Competitive pay: $15‑$25/hour depending on experience Medical & Dental Insurance 401(k) with a match Paid Vacation Professional Development Opportunities Opportunities for leadership & advancement for installers who stand out If you take pride in clean work, efficient installs, and treating customers with respect, you’ll fit right in How to Apply Please email: View email address on click.appcast.io Send your contact information (name, address, phone, email), work history and relevant skills, a description of the last project you completed, and optionally your detailed resume.
