Position Overview As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in West Dundee, IL at the West Dundee Branch. Responsibilities Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures and demonstrate sound judgment within established limits. Demonstrate heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.
