Job Description The Operations IT Analyst I is responsible for executing IT operations processes to detect, elevate, and resolve incidents or potential incidents as rapidly as possible. By consistently executing the operations processes, the Operations IT Analyst I ensures the stability of IT service delivery across the enterprise. The analyst will also be responsible for executing scheduled processes and tasks in a timely fashion to meet contractual agreements. Key Duties / Responsibilities Execute IT infrastructure and application support tasks according to documented procedures (40%) Execute IT operations processes to detect, elevate, and resolve incidents or potential incidents. Provide tier 1 troubleshooting and resolution services (20%) Provide incident leadership and assist with engaging and directing service delivery staff to restore service as rapidly as possible (20%) Manage and maintain Standard Operating Procedures manuals (20%) Qualifications Education & Knowledge Required B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science preferred; 1+ years of experience in an IT‑related field required ITIL v3 or v4 Foundations Certification preferred Experience / Skills / Abilities Preferred Demonstrate knowledge with IT Service Management tools (HP Service Manager, Service Now, Cherwell, etc.) Demonstrate documented troubleshooting processes Experience with IT Event Management tools (CA Spectrum/Unicenter, HP OM, SolarWinds, etc.) Knowledge of Windows Server 2010+, Mainframe (zOS, JCL), Control‑M job scheduling, storage or backup systems (IBM, EMC, etc.) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work shifts including nights and/or weekends Strong verbal and written communication skills Collaborative, dynamic team player; interact at all levels Excellent time management, project planning and strategizing skills Base Salary $50,000-$68,000 Application Deadline Applications will be accepted through February 23, 2026, after which the posting will be closed and no longer available for submissions.
