The Manager of Accounting will support reporting, prepare financial statements, assist with complex transactions, develop controls, enhance forecasting, and coordinate audits. Responsibilities Supporting the controllership with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting Assisting with accounting analysis for complex transactions (e.g. acquisitions, financing, restructuring, compensation programs) under both IFRS and US GAAP Preparation of financial statements under GAAP for auditor review, including preparation of note disclosure Assisting with development of controls and processes Building out the forecasting function and preparation of forecasts of P&L Working as a bridge between our auditors (both internal and external) and our accounting and operational employees to ensure a smooth audit (preparation of reconciliations, working papers, sample testing etc.) Qualifications & Requirements US CPA required Experience with a Big 4 (Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG) professional accounting firm preferred Experience with ERPs preferred (e.g. Workday) Competencies (Job Family) Accuracy Analytical/Critical Thinking Communication Financial Acumen Judgment Physical Requirements This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
