Assistant Director Of Nursing Services
Buena Vida Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS) to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with skilled nursing experience who is passionate about quality care, staff development, and clinical leadership.
Salary: $135,000$140,000 annually (DOE)

Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily oversight of the nursing department.
- Support, mentor, and supervise nursing staff.
- Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Promote quality resident care and positive clinical outcomes.
- Assist with survey readiness and performance improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Active New York RN license.
- Skilled nursing experience required.
- Nursing leadership experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
