Director, U.S. Medical Affairs, Liver Strategy

Responsibilities
- Lead development of USMA Liver strategy for healthcare professional engagement and medical education across PBC and HDV indications
- Translate strategic priorities into executable medical tactics, materials, congress strategies, and advisory board content
- Own end-to-end medical resource operations including development oversight, quality standards, and lifecycle management
- Lead U.S. Medical Review Committee governance and ensure compliance for all liver-related materials
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Regulatory, Commercial, and other teams to drive integrated execution
Requirements
- Advanced healthcare or scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent)
- 8+ years medical affairs experience in biopharmaceutical industry
- Leadership experience in strategy and content governance roles
- Expertise in medical material development and regulatory review processes
- Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams and timelines
- Ability to operate in matrixed, cross-functional environment
- Domestic travel up to approximately 30% including occasional weekends
