What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome members and guests, give facility tours, assist with front desk operations, and help keep the office running smoothly.
• Create marketing materials using Canva, manage social media content, update digital signage, and assist with email marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate community events, support lead tracking in the CRM, and provide administrative support for daily office operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a customer-facing office, hospitality, or administrative role with strong communication skills.
• Hands-on Canva experience creating graphics, presentations, or social media content.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service.
