Job Details Salary: $135,000 - $180,000 per year About Us Based in Atlanta, GA we are a rapidly growing AEC firm. We are looking for a Head of Architecture to join and lead our award‑winning team. Develop and implement design and construction standards, ensuring all projects adhere to these. Oversee all architectural projects, from conception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and project priorities. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and advancements, integrating these into our architectural strategy. Develop and present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and team members. Manage the preparation of architectural plans using CAD software, specifically AutoCAD and Revit. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements. Participate in business development activities, including client presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field. Registered Architect with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an architectural department. Proficient in Architecture Design, AutoCAD, and Revit. Strong knowledge of CAD and other design software. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong understanding of building codes, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex architectural concepts to a range of audiences. Strong problem‑solving skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and overcome challenges.
