Service Line Methodology and Learning, Manager

About the Role The role supports Go Beyond strategy by protecting the global brand through operationalization and ongoing development of the firm’s service line methodologies. Main Responsibilities Effective operationalization of the firm’s methodologies in the engagement tool Participate in UAT and other testing, as necessary Test operationalization of methodology Develop additional tool learning resources; tool videos, QSC’s etc Assist in the development of the global sustainability methodology and relevant support materials Maintenance of the global methodology Develop methodology learning resources; learning programs, QRG’s, and practice aids Person Specification Professional designation (CPA, CA or equivalent qualification) Fluent in English Experience – Essential Experienced manager or newly appointed senior manager Experience in the development and/or execution of sustainability engagements Self‑starter with the ability and confidence to execute own projects and workload Strong business writing and communication skills Ability to be agile and respond proactively Global mindset Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player, including the ability to collaborate with other functional groups Good organization and time‑management skills and an ability to manage multiple projects Ability to work in a virtual environment across multiple time zones Experience – Desirable Previous experience working within a global professional services environment and with international stakeholders Previous experience working in a national office role Previous experience in the development of learning Base Salary The base salary range for this position is between $102,000 and $134,400. Placement within the pay range is at Grant Thornton’s discretion, and it is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, progression within the role, geographic location, and internal equity.
