Job Description:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex digital transformation initiatives involving websites, mobile applications, marketing technology platforms, and content management solutions. This role requires strong project leadership, vendor management, governance, financial oversight, and the ability to successfully deliver large-scale digital programs in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects, including web, mobile, and marketing technology initiatives.

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and critical-path dependencies.

• Oversee scope management, change control, release planning, and post-launch activities.

• Manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies while implementing mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate and manage third-party vendors, ensuring adherence to deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.

• Track project budgets, forecasts, actuals, and vendor invoices.

• Oversee testing activities, including UAT, defect management, regression testing, and deployment readiness.

• Facilitate project status meetings, cross-functional coordination sessions, and leadership updates.

• Prepare concise executive-level status reports and communications.

• Ensure compliance with PMO governance standards, project controls, documentation, and audit requirements.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• 7+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years leading digital projects involving web, mobile, eCommerce, or marketing technology platforms.

• Proven experience managing website replatforming, digital launches, or enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• Experience with digital platforms, content management systems, analytics, SEO, and content publishing workflows.

• Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Clarity, or similar project management tools.

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and vendor management.

• Advanced Excel skills for project tracking, reporting, and data analysis.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.

• PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or other project management certifications are preferred; experience in hospitality, travel, or loyalty programs is a plus.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
