Responsibilities for a Field Action Operations Associate – Customer Care II include but are not limited to:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone while providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Research, verify, and maintain customer contact information and Field Action documentation records.
• Prepare, assemble, stuff, label, and ship customer notification packages and related materials.
• Pull ERP reports, organize customer and product data, track customer responses, and support product return activities including RMAs.

Candidates for Field Action Operations Associate – Customer Care II must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of customer service, administrative, or operations experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to research customer information, manage documentation, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• ERP system experience and experience in a regulated industry are preferred.

Pay Details: $25.82 per hour
