This position may also mop, sweep, dust, wash windows, shampoo and vacuum carpets, arrange furniture, etc. and generally clean furniture, equipment, fixtures and hardware./ph3Qualifications/h3pQualifications:/pulliExperience in Floor Care./liliExperience in institutional housekeeping is helpful./liliExperience in the use of floor-care equipment is helpful./liliAbility to read, write, and speak the English language./li/ulh3Essential Functions/h3ulliMaintains all floor surfaces./liliBuffs and waxes floors, strips and waxes floors, top scrubs and waxes floors./liliExtracts and vacuums carpets as directed by Supervisor./liliUtilizes proper chemicals and equipment./liliReports repair needs to Supervisor or maintenance department as appropriate./liliRequests needed supplies and equipment from Supervisor./liliIdentifies and corrects safety hazards and abides by safety rules./liliHas reviewed Cantex Continuing Care Network Policy and Procedures for Abuse Prevention and knows the employees responsibility to enforce it./liliAttends weekly in-services, understands, and complies with Patient Care Management Systems./liliResponsible for assuring patient/resident safety./liliPerforms other duties and tasks as assigned./li/ulpWe offer an excellent benefit plan to include 401K with match, CEU reimbursement, vacation, sick, holidays, medical, dental, and supplemental insurance Plans as well as a Highly competitive compensation package./p/div
