Visit us at to learn more about us. We are looking for an Associate Footwear Designer to join our team to join our Footwear department. This is a great opportunity for those looking to be a part of an energetic, creative, and collaborative group. Our designers have been shaping our department for the better season after season. Associate Footwear Designer Responsibilities: Design ownership over selected licensed brands and assigned to you based on your aesthetic and creative strengths, responsible for CADing full seasonal collections. CAD work for various private label accounts, typically fun prints with understanding of brand DNA. Conduct trend research and market analysis to inform design direction and ensure relevance in the market. Work closely with design director and senior designers with creative freedom throughout process Communicate effectively with international offices and factories to ensure seamless production. Work closely with product development team so they properly develop your design the way you envision Conduct sourcing, trend research, and competitive shopping to stay on top of market trends and innovation.
