What You’ll Do

• Property Upkeep: Perform preventive maintenance and solve daily tenant work orders across Milwaukee, Waukesha, and Racine properties.
• Unit Turnovers: Handle apartment turns efficiently—drywall patch, paint, fixture updates, and general repairs.
• Systems Maintenance: Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance issues.
• Seasonal & On-Call: Assist with winter snow/ice removal and take part in a fair, shared emergency on-call rotation with extra pay.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ Years Experience: Proven track record in residential, multi-family, or property maintenance.
• Core Skills: Solid hands-on knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and power tools.
• Reliable: Valid driver’s license, reliable transit for multi-county travel, and strong troubleshooting skills. Basic tools for completing general tasks are required.
• Good Attitude: Respectful with tenants, clear with management, and safety-focused.
