In our practice, guest support and patient care are our number one priority. We are searching for enthusiastic, growth minded people to support our patient centered approach! As a Guest Support Coordinator, you are the first interaction for guests and play an integral role in setting the expectations for their experiences. You will perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include: Be professional, punctual, reliable, and accountable for the quality of your work Answer phone according to telephone etiquette protocol, striving for 100% answer rate Enforces office policies and protocols with guests discreetly, tactfully, and professionally Maintain guest accounts/records by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information with a high degree of accuracy Monitor daily insurance correspondence from Home Office, coordinates with dental offices for resolution of issues Keeps informed and updated on OSHA regulations and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) requirements Always adhere to service and brand representation Commitment to providing excellent customer service Maintain composure and professionalism when exposed to stressful situations Ability to work cooperatively with management, staff, and patients High school diploma or equivalent required.
