Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end purchasing and sourcing activities for automotive components and prototype parts Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and cost targets Review and interpret CAD drawings to support sourcing decisions and supplier discussions Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives Manage supplier relationships, including performance monitoring and issue resolution Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to support product development Utilize SAP for procurement processes, purchase orders, and supplier management Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Support prototype builds and production readiness through effective supplier coordination Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, and/or contract management Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience) Proficiency in SAP Ariba. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel as needed Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, a nice to have Location: Raymond, OH (onsite 4 days/week); first 6-months will require 5-days onsite.
