Sales/Customer Specialist
CarMax
CarMax is seeking a Sales/Customer Specialist to deliver a transparent, no-pressure car-buying experience. In this retail role, you greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through vehicle selection, test drives, and financing options. You’ll use CarMax’s digital tools to present inventory, complete paperwork accurately, and support online-to-store customers. You’ll follow up with leads, ensure vehicles are presented professionally, and resolve basic service or delivery questions.
