Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients considering changes to their current coverage or policy status.

Conduct thorough policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and ensure each client feels fully protected.

Proactively reach out to policyholders nearing their renewal dates to reinforce the value of our agency.

Resolve client concerns with empathy, aiming to find mutually beneficial solutions that keep our community protected.

Document client interactions accurately within our internal systems to maintain a seamless history of service.

Collaborate with the broader team to share feedback on common client pain points and help refine our service offerings.

Requirements

Ability to obtain an Idaho Property and Casualty insurance license.

Three or more years of experience in an insurance agency or customer service role.

Solid understanding of personal lines insurance products and policy structures.

Demonstrated ability to navigate complex client conversations with patience and clarity.

Fluency in agency management software and standard office tools.

Familiarity with the Meridian area and local market trends is a plus.
