CNC Machine Operator Full-time Regular Manual Labor Morris, CT, US Salary Range: $18.00 To $23.00 Hourly CNC Machine Operator Full-Time - Morris, CT Job Description The CNC Machine Operators' responsibility is to set up and run our new CNC machines. The preferred candidate will have 5+ years operating and setting up CNC machines, focusing on safety, quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Setting up and operating CNC lathes, mills, and other machining tools. Loading raw materials, tools, and programs into the machine. Inspecting parts for accuracy and defects. Using measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances. Monitoring machine operation and making adjustments as needed. Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting machine issues. Following safety procedures and guidelines for operating machinery. Requirements Ability to analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand part requirements. Translating blueprints into G-code or other programming languages for the machine. Ability to operate and maintain various CNC machines. Excellent math skills. Attention to detail and precision.
