Our client is seeking a motivated and very detail oriented professional to provide Front desk and Administrative duties. The successful candidate will have strong computer skills, superior administrative skills, be able to multi-task, and a proactive work approach.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcomes in-person visitors to the office, answers incoming calls, and as appropriate, responds to email messages.
• Develops a general familiarity with programs and connect visitors and callers with the available resources and/or programs.
• Processes applications for various programs according to established procedures.
• Enters information into database from membership forms, creates and mail membership cards.
• Set up rooms for events according to established event plans.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Performs related job duties as required.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Competency using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
• Experience with, or ability to learn web-based applications and database systems (Eventbrite, Google Drive, Sumac, Asana).
• Customer Service experience (in-person and telephone).
• Experience with community programming.
