Key Responsibilities Post payments received through lockbox, which are not accompanied by a corresponding coupon Research payments with incomplete information for posting to the appropriate homeowner/association accounts Post payments which are split among several accounts as necessary Post returned payments to the appropriate homeowner/association accounts Comply with established policies and procedures that meet internal security control standards and protect operations by keeping information confidential Handle special projects which may be assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable and / or Banking processes Data Entry skills (10 key by touch) Detail oriented Ability to maintain accuracy and productivity standards in a fast paced environment Great working environment Work/life balance Annual bonus Medical Vision Life Insurance Short-term & Long-term disability insurance 401K (matching available) 136 hours of paid time off per year 10 paid holidays per year plus Birthday holiday 2 self-care/mental health days per year Free snacks & Coca-Cola soft drinks (when in office) #J-18808-Ljbffr
