Psychiatrist PositionSpectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a Psychiatrist working with military families at Joint Base Andrews in Washington, D.C.Requirements:Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), or an equivalent degree.Completion of a residency or fellowship in psychiatry acceptable to the Defense Health Agency (DHA).Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine. This includes the capacity to maintain a valid DEA licensure permitting the prescription of relevant controlled substances in support of psychiatric practice.Current board certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.You must have been continuously employed in the practice of Psychiatry for at least 24 months within the last 36 months.BLSWork Schedule:Monday - FridayNo nights, weekends, or holidays8 hours a dayCompany Overview:Spectrum Healthcare Resources (SHR) was established in 1988 to deliver systems and processes designed to meet the unique needs of Military and VA Health Systems.
