Outpatient PsychiatristInova Health is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Psychiatrist to join the team. In the outpatient clinic, you will carry a small caseload of medication management patients and will help lead transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and esketamine, as part of our growing neuromodulation program.In the Intensive Outpatient Program, you will provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and clinical consultation for patients participating in structured outpatient behavioral health services. This role works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to support stabilization, treatment planning, symptom management, and safe transitions to ongoing care.Our extensive continuum of care includes an urgent psychiatric assessment center (IPAC), inpatient psychiatry, detoxification and addiction services, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), outpatient psychiatric appointments, and outpatient counseling services.We have a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team that consists of:PsychiatristsLicensed TherapistsSocial WorkersPsychiatric NursesMental Health TechniciansPatient Care Coordination ManagersInova is consistently ranked a national healthcare leader in safety, quality and patient experience.
