As a full-time remote Customer Training & Onboarding Specialist, the successful candidate will assist customers in the implementation of Feathr's platform, ensuring they feel confident in navigating the software and launching campaigns. Key responsibilities Manage the onboarding process for new customers, providing comprehensive training and support Conduct virtual training sessions and onboarding calls, addressing technical aspects and ensuring smooth platform setup Track customer progress and engagement, fostering excitement about the platform's features and capabilities Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in training customers on software adoption or platform implementation 1 year of experience in a software-related or tech product environment Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical users Experience in monitoring and enhancing training processes for continuous improvement
