- Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment from initial consultation through final offer.
- Serve as a Client Liaison, grasping their specific hiring requirements, challenges, and workplace culture.
- Utilize Innovative Sourcing Techniques from our advanced CRM/ATS while also harnessing your professional network.
- Harness Our Comprehensive Platform for candidate management, outreach organization, and streamlined follow-up processes.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that foster lasting value for clients and maximize your earning potential.
- Engage in Thought Leadership as we elevate both our brand and yours.
- Comprehensive Access to Technology: Experience an intuitive platform that consolidates CRM and ATS functionalities, along with marketing communications, into one easy-to-use tool!

- 2-3+ years of agency recruitment or consultative sales experience.
