Vaco Arizona is partnering with a growing company in North Scottsdale that is looking to add a Recruiter to their team. This onsite contract opportunity pays $30-$35/hour and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys high-volume hiring, and is passionate about creating a great candidate experience. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for customer service, operations, and other hourly positions Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruiting channels Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities Coordinate interview scheduling and provide timely updates to candidates Maintain recruiting pipelines and track activity within the applicant tracking system Support hiring events and recruitment initiatives as needed Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application through offer Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience Experience filling hourly, customer-facing, or operational roles Strong ability to source and engage candidates Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
