Administrative Assistant: III

Manpower Group Inc.

Our client, a leading organization in the corporate environment, is seeking an Executive Administrative Coordinator to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Coordinator, you will be part of the General Services department supporting senior leadership and administrative teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Executive Administrative Coordinator

Location: Houston, TX

What's the Job?

  • Support day-to-day office operations to ensure a secure, efficient, and well-coordinated workplace environment.

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, managing logistics and stakeholder communication.

  • Prepare and manage professional correspondence, reports, and presentations with high accuracy and polish.

  • Assist with expense reporting, procurement, and vendor engagement to maintain operational discipline.

  • Support internal projects and process improvements to enhance team effectiveness and operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

  • Associates degree or higher education qualification.

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative support roles.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.

  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with expense management systems like SAP or Concur preferred.
