HVAC Outside Sales Position

Astar Heating and Air - Outside Sales Representative Astar Heating and Air (a Sila Services Company) is an industry leading HVAC and Plumbing contractor located in Middletown, NY. We are looking for an energetic, dynamic sales professional to represent our brand in homes and drive revenue growth. Primary Responsibilities Meet customers in their homes to perform in‑home presentations, assess their HVAC needs, and close sales. Generate new sales leads via the in‑house marketing team, referrals, and personal prospecting. Deliver a professional and customer‑focused experience, maintaining high satisfaction and repeat business. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals in a commission‑based structure. Qualifications Self‑motivation Excellent in‑home presentation skills Assertive, results‑oriented, and driven to succeed Highly organized with exceptional follow‑through abilities Outgoing personality that thrives in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed Customer service centric; honesty and integrity in all interactions Experience & Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales position. Valid driver’s license. Experience in the HVAC industry is highly preferred. Ability to commute to Middletown, NY and travel as needed. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 per year. Commission and bonus program. Fuel card and company car.
