At Ocean Estate Law, trust administration is more than paperwork. It is helping a grieving family navigate probate with clarity. It is making sure an estate is settled accurately, respectfully, and on time. Our firm, led by founder Jennifer Elliott, with over 23 years of experience and more than 4,000 estate plans created for California families, is growing. We need a skilled paralegal who takes pride in doing this work well, works independently, and genuinely cares about the people they serve.

WHAT WE OFFER
We support our team so they can do their best work:
- Competitive pay: $70,000 - $80,000 depending on experience, plus benefits
- Full-Time, In-Office: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time; primarily out of our Laguna Hills Office. Remote work is NOT an option.
- Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) with 3% employer match
- Profit-sharing opportunities
