Physical Therapist (Licensed)

This position does not have a maximum bill rate. Candidates should be local and reliable. The role will contribute valuable data to support the success of filling this position. The physical therapist will work up to 2 days a week, totaling 24 hours depending on needs. The therapist will evaluate clients by administering tests and measurements, such as range of motion, gait, and functional analysis. There will be a focus on determining individual rehabilitation program needs. Ongoing assessments of clients' rehabilitation will be provided or overseen. The therapist will prepare, transmit, and maintain records of measurements and assessments. They will report tests, assessments, and measurements to interdisciplinary teams as required. Participation in writing and presenting individual treatment plans is expected. This includes formulating goals and planning appropriate physical therapy treatments. The position involves periodic reassessment of client progress and necessary plan revisions. Ongoing continuing education and in-service training are required. The therapist will participate in research projects, program development, and training of students and licensed assistants.
