Pay will be based on experience!
Experience preferred but not required.
Looking for energetic, driven and fast-paced learning individuals who have a love for animals and their owners.
Tasks include:
- Being the first point of contact for owners and patients in the building and over the phone.
- Providing excellent customer service AT ALL TIMES.
- Answering the telephone in a kind, professional and timely manner.
- Answering emails in a kind, professional and timely manner.
- Preforming cash/debit & credit/ care-credit/check/vitus-pay transactions with accuracy.
- Counting a cash drawer at the beginning and end of every shift.
- Scheduling appointments via cornerstone software.
- Cleaning the reception area at the end of every shift.
- Keeping records/receipts filed and organized.
Skills include:
- Knowing vaccination guidelines within the hospital.
- Must have computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Must possess strong communication skills, good judgment and be able to manage stressful situations.
- Must possess a sense of urgency during high volume rushes and working harmoniously with teammates is required.
- Must be dependable, demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
