IT Help Desk Analyst — Weekend Support (Dallas)

Ensign Services, Inc. is seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst for Saturday to Wednesday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST, at our Texas Service Center in Dallas, TX. This full-time position handles incoming support calls and emailed tickets while delivering strong customer service and meeting performance standards. Responsibilities include troubleshooting remote desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals; resolving email, data, and productivity app issues in a Citrix environment; and assisting with access to #J-18808-Ljbffr Ensign Services
