Job Duties

• Provide onsite technical support for computers, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other facility technology.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral issues.
• Set up, configure, deploy, and maintain workstations and user equipment.
• Support network connectivity, wired and wireless devices, shipping stations, barcode scanners, and label printers.
• Assist employees with login, password, application, and system access issues.
• Install approved hardware and software and maintain accurate IT documentation.
• Track IT assets, equipment inventory, and support tickets.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding equipment needs.
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate IT teams when necessary.
• Partner with Operations and site leadership to minimize downtime and support productivity.
• Follow company information security, safety, and technology policies.
• Perform additional IT support duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical certification in Information Technology preferred.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar IT certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and basic networking concepts preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 1-2+ years of IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
• Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with ticketing systems, asset management, and IT inventory tracking preferred.
• Warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or fulfillment center IT support experience is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting barcode scanners, thermal printers, label printers, shipping stations, and warehouse technology is a plus.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to work onsite in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Ability to walk throughout the facility and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift, move, and install computer equipment and peripherals.
• Ability to respond quickly to technology issues impacting operations and productivity.
