Customer & IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a Customer & IT Support Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities will include: Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal team members Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner Document support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system Collaborate with other IT staff to **escalate** and resolve complex issues Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including setting up accounts and devices Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base articles You’re a great fit if you: Have experience in customer service and IT support roles Possess strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Communicate technical information clearly to non‑technical users Are familiar with common operating systems, software applications, and networking concepts Are organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Work well independently and as part of a team Total Compensation Compensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
