Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative (Night Shifts) You'll primarily handle inbound customer calls, helping clients with their banking and brokerage account questions while providing excellent customer service. Answer inbound customer calls related to Bank accounts. Assist customers with: Account balance inquiries Account maintenance and updates Online banking navigation and login assistance Transaction research General banking and brokerage questions Provide accurate and complete information during the first call whenever possible. Authenticate customers according to company policies before discussing account information. Identify potential fraud or risks and escalate when necessary. Navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously while speaking with customers. Document customer interactions accurately. Deliver a positive customer experience and help improve customers' financial lives. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (Required) Previous call center experience is highly preferred. Comfortable working with multiple computer applications simultaneously. Good computer literacy. Proficient in MS Office. Excellent verbal communication. Strong grammar and professional communication. Customer service mindset. Ability to de-escalate upset customers.
