Senior Internal Auditor

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Auditor to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $115,000 to $120,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SOX compliance efforts across assigned business processes within the Americas region
• Conduct walkthroughs with process owners to understand key operations and identify control gaps
• Perform detailed testing to assess control effectiveness and document findings in the SOX platform
• Participate in root cause analysis for control issues and evaluate remediation efforts
• Collaborate with audit leadership to identify and implement improvements in audit methodology and program efficiency

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 4-5+ years of experience in internal audit, public accounting, or financial controls, with a focus on SOX 404
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end SOX programs and lead audit projects independently
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management, and governance practices
• Experience using audit tools and data analysis software such as ACL or similar platforms

• CPA, CIA, or other relevant certification preferred or in progress
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Effective communicator with the ability to present findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting external audits and contributing to fraud investigations or special projects
