We seek a highly motivated professional Craftsman skilled in multiple trades. The ideal candidate will be committed to quality work and customer service, possess strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and a desire for variety. Qualifications Proficient in plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical Knowledge of necessary tools for each task (not required to own all tools) Quick thinker with troubleshooting skills Strong communication skills with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers Clean‑cut appearance, decent looking vehicle, organized tools Responsibilities Identify potential repair work and communicate opportunities to customers Earn customer confidence and inquire about additional work Complete tasks promptly and professionally while maintaining highest integrity and customer satisfaction Be punctual and efficient to ensure team success Demonstrate ability to exceed customers' expectations Compensation Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour with competitive wages, incentives, and opportunities for growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
